What size are the Merchant Spaces?

To maintain consistency throughout the Local Holiday Lane, all Merchant spaces will be 10×10 spaces.
What are the Space Requirements?

All spaces will Require to have: A White 10×10 tent, no exceptions will be made. All merchants must have White Linens on all Table Displays; all Merchants are required to have a clean aesthetic and maintain the integrity of this expectation. All Merchants are required to have battery operated lighting within their tent. We will not supply or allow any outside generators of any kind.
What time is Load In and Out?

We will begin Load-In as early as 1:00 pm and will allow for vehicle access to your assigned location on North Main Street. We are encouraging all merchants to come at their assigned times, as you will be asked to leave if you arrive past this time. All Merchants will NOT be able to Load-Out from their tent to their vehicle as pedestrians will be on North Main Street. All merchants are highly encouraged to bring a wagon to transport items to and from their cars. Load-Out will be from 9 pm to 11 pm.
What types of Merchants will you have at this Marketplace?

This Marketplace will be highly curated and vetted. We will be accepting all merchant categories and will be placing thresholds per Merchant Category. We will not be accepting any Hot, Open Food Items, all pre-packaged food items will need to have proper Cottage License, and or TFF Permit with the County of San Bernardino.
We anticipate over 5,000+ shoppers, based on previous attendance.
